Professional Scrum Master II™ (PSM II) course is a 2-day advanced Scrum Master class designed to support Scrum Masters in their professional development. The PSM II course is intended for Scrum Masters with at least one year of experience who are looking to grow their knowledge and abilities as a Scrum Master. This course is one step in that journey. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification exam.
PSM II is an advanced course helping you to understand the stances that characterize an effective Scrum Master and servant-leader while diving deep into how you can serve the Development Team, Product Owner, and organization. The course also teaches students about related practices and skills to enable you to have the right types of conversations and how to apply them to become a better Scrum Master.

As a Scrum Master, being able to identify, and effectively apply, which stance would benefit your team the most depending on the situation or circumstance could prove to be the key to the success of your team.
You will learn many facilitation techniques, share experiences, and treat various cases of Scrum Master challenges. This training will prepare you for the PSM-II certification exam where you will be tested on your knowledge of the practical application of Scrum.
Roland Flemm is an experienced Scrum Master and an Organisational Design consultant. He works as on large and small scale Scrum adoptions and as a Professional Scrum Trainer.
Roland has a background in application development (.Net and Java) and in infrastructure engineering (IBM WebSphere & Portal) for over 20 years. Since 2013 he is dedicated to working as a Scrum Master and LeSS Coach.
Besides coaching, he regularly publishes articles, he developed the Scrum learning resource Scrumcards and is the creator of humorist movies. Roland enjoys speaking at international conferences and strongly believes that fun and diversity in the workplace is essential for success.
